SKYLOCAL LEGAL
Acceptable Use & Traffic Quality Policy
Effective August 5, 2026 · Operational draft pending final counsel review
Core standard
Every interaction must be lawful, truthful, traceable, consumer-respectful and consistent with the approved campaign. Partners are responsible for their employees, contractors, sub-publishers, media sources and technology vendors.
Prohibited traffic and conduct
- Fraudulent, fabricated, incentivized or self-generated interactions unless expressly approved.
- Bot, spoofed, hijacked, duplicated, recycled or misattributed traffic.
- Misleading ads, impersonation, false government affiliation, unavailable offers or material omissions.
- Unauthorized robocalls, texts, prerecorded messages, caller-ID manipulation or do-not-call violations.
- Data collected without required notices, consent or proof of source.
- Brand bidding, restricted keywords, unapproved creatives or prohibited geographies where campaign rules disallow them.
- Traffic laundering, undisclosed sub-publishers or attempts to bypass caps, filters or quality controls.
Required evidence
Partners must preserve source URLs, creative versions, timestamps, consent language, consent certificates where required, caller or lead identifiers and downstream disposition records. Records must be produced promptly upon request.
Monitoring and enforcement
Where legally permitted and properly noticed or consented, SkyLocal may listen to, record, replay, transcribe, sample and analyze calls using human review and automated or artificial-intelligence systems. SkyLocal may summarize, classify, score, audit, cap, reject, quarantine or withhold payment on traffic reasonably suspected of violating this policy and may provide performance feedback or optimization suggestions. Remedies may include remediation plans, payment adjustment, suspension, termination and referral to affected parties or authorities.
Reporting concerns
Report suspected fraud, security issues or policy violations to hello@skylocal.com with relevant campaign and transaction identifiers.
