Information we collect
We collect business contact and account information, partner application responses, device and usage data, communications, campaign and transaction records, call metadata and recordings where lawfully enabled, consent evidence, attribution data, fraud signals and performance outcomes.
How we use information
We use information to review and onboard partners; operate routing, measurement and reporting; administer campaigns and payments; prevent fraud and abuse; support users; secure the network; comply with law; and improve products and decisioning.
When lawfully enabled, we and our service providers may listen to, replay, transcribe and analyze call recordings using human review and automated or artificial-intelligence systems. These systems may produce summaries, classifications, quality and compliance scores, fraud indicators, sentiment or interaction signals, coaching feedback, performance recommendations, routing inputs and evidence for billing or disputes. We do not treat an automated output as infallible, and material adverse decisions may be escalated for authorized human review.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to authorized traffic buyers, traffic sellers, service providers, professional advisers, regulators and counterparties to a corporate transaction. Campaign data—including recordings, transcripts, analysis, scores, excerpts and supporting evidence—may be shared among authorized participants as necessary for routing, attribution, billing, quality, coaching, compliance, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Access is role-limited and logged. We do not sell personal information for unrelated consumer marketing.
Legal bases and consent
Depending on context and location, processing may rely on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent. Partners are independently responsible for determining applicable call-recording rules, providing required notices and collecting legally sufficient consent before recording or submitting consumer information. Where all-party consent or an in-call announcement is required, the partner must obtain it before recording begins or ensure the recording process starts only after consent. A person may raise a recording or analysis concern through hello@skylocal.com; legal, fraud and dispute evidence may still be retained where permitted.
Retention and security
We retain recordings, transcripts, derived scores and related evidence only for operational, contractual, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute and legal purposes under applicable schedules and legal holds, then delete or de-identify them where permitted. Access to recordings and derived information is restricted and logged. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, opt out of nonessential marketing, and manage browser settings. Certain records must be retained for legal, security or contractual purposes. Submit requests to hello@skylocal.com.
Children; international use; changes
The services are for businesses and are not directed to children. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers. We will post material updates with a revised effective date.
